Terms and Conditions

CREDIT & PAYMENT TERMS: 

• We accept Cash, Cheque, EFT Paymenet, E-Transfers, Visa, & Mastercard 
• Credit is subject to approval by our Credit Department 
• Net 30 Days from Invoice Date 
• Service Charge of 2% per month, or 24% per annum, for overdue accounts

SHIPMENTS: 

All orders will be F.O.B. our warehouse (Surrey, BC), unless otherwise quoted. The receiver will also be responsible for the charges incurred due to any Special Routing or Instructions. 

SHIPMENT DAMAGE: 

Our responsibility ceases when the transport company receives the goods from our location in good condition. Shipments must be checked upon receipt for any transport damages. If damaged, immediately contact the carrier for inspection and to make a claim against the transport carrier. We will assist with the claim as much as we possibly can. 

SHIPMENT SHORTAGE: 

Shortages must be reported to SelectCom Supply Inc.’s Customer Service at 604.882.0124 or 1.800.667.4415 within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

RMA TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Items accepted for return only with prior authorization and RMA number is clearly marked on all paperwork. 

All returns must be shipped prepaid; unless otherwise instructed. We will not be responsible for, nor guarantee credit or replacement on any product returned without proper authorization. 

Warranty Returns: Credits and Replacements are subject to confirmation of warranty applicability. Contact our Customer Service Dept. at 604.882.0124 or 1.800.667.4415. Once approved, an RMA number will be provided. Returns must be shipped prepaid, F.O.B. Surrey, BC; unless otherwise instructed. 

Non-warranty Returns: all non-warranty returns must be approved by SelectCom Supply and must be in saleable condition, in original packaging (when applicable). Contact our Customer Service Dept. at 604.882.0124 or 1.800.667.4415. Once approved, an RMA number will be provided. Returns must be shipped prepaid, F.O.B. Surrey, BC. 

*Restocking charges may be applicable. 

SELECTCOM SUPPLY RESERVES THE RIGHT OF THE FINAL WARRANTY/ CREDIT BASED ON OUR INSPECTION OF PRODUCT RETURNED.
